How we collect your information
We collect your personal information when you contact us with an enquiry or booking, by phone, social media platform, enquiry form (from us or other people) or from our booking platform.
Information we collect
We track your use of our website, such as pages viewed and time spent on them, so that we can monitor its use and effectiveness. Cookies (which you can block if you wish) may be downloaded onto your hard drive in order to collect statistical data. It does not identify any personal details. From enquiries and bookings we ask for information including your name, contact details, home address and payment information. Card details are processed by our payments provider and they are responsible for the management of your information. We do not keep any card details.
Use of your information
We use the information you give us to provide our services to you, to collect payment and to contact you where necessary to provide you with the information you need for your stay about our products and services.
We will never share your information with a third party unless it is a legal requirement to do so.
With your permission we may also contact you to update you about our services or send you email marketing material using a platform such as Mailchimp.
Storing your personal data
We ensure that your personal data is stored and processed securely. That may not be in the European Economic area. If you provide us with your personal data you are agreeing to this transfer, storing or processing. Unfortunately, the security of information sent via the internet cannot be guaranteed. You send such information at your own risk, understanding that it is possible it could be intercepted.
