Caravan Site FAQs

Yes! All of our bookings are managed through PitchUp, so please book in online and pay in advance.

Should you arrive without a booking, it is possible to book in via PitchUp on the day. However there is no guarantee that we will have space, and priority is always given to those who have booked.

Arrival – 12pm onwards

Departure – before 11am

NO – Each pitch may only accommodate 1 x unit. It is essential that pitches are used, and that a minimum of 6 meters is left between units to comply with fire regulations.

YES, although always ensure any additonal awnings/gazebos are situatied within your pitch. 

The following facilities are available on site:

• 2 x drinking water points (located approximately ½ and ¾ of the way up the site)
• Waste disposal point for Elsan waste
• General waste, recycling and glass bins

Unfortately we can only accommodate people with self contained caravans/campervans, who have their own toilet facilities. Therefore we can not accommodate people wishing to camp in tents unless they provide their own toilet tent and toilet.

We welcome well behaved dogs on site, although please ensure that they are kept under close control and on leads when walking. Please clean up after your dogs!

YES – We welcome a number of rally groups annually, giving them the option to take the whole site or just a set number of pitches. To find out more about rally details please contact us directly.

NO – Our site is for recreation, leisure and holiday purposes only. As such, we do not permit work parties/visitors with work related machinery and equipment to stay on the site.

Yes – Please contact us to discuss any potential events you have in mind. We are open to suggestions, and happy to work with groups.

Yes  – Off-ground fire pits and BBQs are permitted unless notified otherwise. Campfires are NOT PERMITTED under any circumstances

Is it easy to get to Brocklands Farm?

The farm is located in West Meon, approximately 12 miles from Winchester & 9 miles from Petersfield. The farm is very well connected, with the caravan site easily accessed from the A32..

Is the access suitable for large motorhomes?

Yes – the caravan site access is also used by large tractors and farm machinery, so theres no problem reaching us!

Can I charge my electric vehicle?

No – the site is off grid, away from mains power!

Can I access walks/cycle rides from the site?

Yes – The site adjoins the Meon Valley Trail, linking you with West Meon Village and the South Downs Way.

Are there shops nearby?

Yes – Please see our website for more information on what is available in West Meon and further afield. West Meon is well equipped with a village shop and butchers. The nearest large supermarkets are in Petersfield or Winchester.

Can I walk to the pub and cafe?

Yes – The Thomas Lord Pub and Cuppacheeno Café are both easily walkable. Please see our website for more information.

Can I get a food shop delivered in advance?

No – Due the remote nature of the site it is not possible to arrange food deliveries in advance of your arrival.

Do you provide food packs, delivered to the tents?

No – Unfortunately we are unable to deliver food packs to the tents. However, it is possible for you pre-arrange packs to collect at the West Meon shop for when you pass through the village on arrival.
